Overview

Eddie "Ragman" Weinbauer is an outsider at Lakeridge High, enduring constant harassment from the school’s jock clique. An avid fan of notorious heavy metal star Sammi Curr—recently killed in a hotel fire—Eddie finds solace in music and the support of radio DJ Nuke. When Nuke entrusts him with the only copy of Sammi’s unfinished final album, Eddie’s devotion takes a supernatural turn after discovering hidden messages when spinning the record backwards. The film balances sharp horror and dark comedy as Eddie grapples with the dangers of idol worship, the power of music, and the brutal realities of high school bullying—all against an irresistible Halloween backdrop.
