SassyFlix respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how SassyProductions LLC, operator of SassyFlix (“SassyFlix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit SassyFlix.com, create an account, purchase a subscription, stream content, communicate with us, or otherwise use our websites, applications, features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

The information we collect depends on how you use SassyFlix.

Full credit or debit card numbers may be collected and processed directly by our payment processors rather than stored by SassyFlix.

  • movies, programs, trailers, or other content you view;
  • watch history and viewing progress;
  • favorites, lists, ratings, or other selections you make;

We do not provide these companies with your full payment-card information.

Some information may remain in backups or archival systems for a limited period after deletion from active systems.

You may request deletion of your SassyFlix account through available account-management tools or by contacting us.

Deleting an account does not necessarily require immediate deletion of every record associated with the account. We may retain information where reasonably necessary for billing records, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or other purposes permitted by applicable law.

Deleting your SassyFlix account does not necessarily cancel an active recurring subscription. You should cancel any active subscription through the applicable subscription-management system before deleting your account.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to SassyFlix, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.

These rights may include the ability to:

  • request information about personal information we collect, use, or disclose;
  • request access to certain personal information we maintain about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;

SassyFlix does not sell personal information for monetary compensation.

Certain privacy laws may use broader definitions of “sell” or “share” that can include disclosures associated with cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising.

If SassyFlix engages in activity that is considered a sale or sharing under an applicable privacy law, users covered by that law may exercise the opt-out rights provided by that law.

Where legally required, we will also recognize applicable browser-based privacy preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, in accordance with applicable law.

15. Children

SassyFlix is intended for adults and is not directed to children.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live if that age is higher, to create an account or purchase a SassyFlix subscription.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the creation of SassyFlix accounts.

If we learn that personal information was collected from a child in circumstances where collection was not permitted, we may delete the information and terminate the associated account as appropriate.

16. Viewing Choices and Sensitive Content

SassyFlix specializes in cult cinema, exploitation films, grindhouse movies, horror, crime, action, science fiction, B-movies, and other entertainment programming.

A person's viewing activity may reveal interests or preferences that the person considers private.

We use viewing activity for purposes such as delivering the Service, remembering playback progress, recommendations, analytics, account administration, security, and improving SassyFlix as described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not sell individual viewing histories to third parties for monetary compensation.

17. Do Not Track and Privacy Preference Signals

Some web browsers provide “Do Not Track” signals or other privacy preference mechanisms.

Because there is not necessarily a single uniform standard governing every type of browser privacy signal, our response may depend on the signal and applicable law.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process that signal as required.

SassyFlix may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

Once you leave SassyFlix, the collection and use of information by another website or service is governed by that third party's privacy practices.

SassyFlix is operated by SassyProductions LLC in the United States.

If you access SassyFlix from another country, information associated with your use of the Service may be processed or stored in the United States or other countries in which our service providers operate.
