Overview

Frozen Scream opens with academic scientists Lil Stanhope and Sven Johnsson pushing the boundaries of life and death in their quest for immortality. Their controversial experiments involve transforming human subjects into zombies and storing them in walk-in freezers. When collaborator Tom Girard refuses to continue, he is murdered by hooded figures using a mysterious serum. Tom’s wife, Ann, stumbles upon the aftermath and soon finds herself doubting her own sanity after a violent encounter leaves her hospitalized. While Lil tries to convince Ann that her memories are unreliable, Ann remains convinced she was targeted and drugged by the perpetrators. A police investigation begins, but the secrets behind the immortality research and the fate of its victims remain chillingly unresolved.
