In a remote fortress, a sinister sorority of surgically skilled sisters lie in wait of their next victim. This is the gut-wrenching story of one innocent girl, Sabrina, who finds herself trapped in a living nightmare. Captive to a slavery ring that is training an army of men-hating, feminist fiends, Sabrina learns that she will play a pivotal role in the cruel diabolical plot of Ilsa the Dominatrix.

Synopsis

The lesbian nurses are joined by their friend Greta (Csilla Farago) and the three women perform unnecessary and tortuous surgeries on the various men to satiate their sadistic hunger and fuel their feminine domination. Shortly after their tortuous experiments begin, Sabrina becomes involved with and the newest victim in a feminist slave ring. This feminist slave ring, however, has grandeur plans of world domination and Sabrina learns that she is expected to play a pivotal role in this devious plan. The manic nurses must now help their friend while continuing down their path towards ecstasy.
