Overview

When Cleopatra, the famed Egyptian queen, arrives in Rome as Caesar’s lover, their famed passion has already begun to wane. Amidst the grandeur and decadence of the Roman Empire, political conspiracies begin to take root, threatening both rulers. Night after night, Cleopatra is plagued by the same vivid dream: her former lover meeting his end at the hands of his own associates. Her high priest warns that these visions are prophetic and inescapable, yet Cleopatra remains determined to warn Caesar of the danger that looms.
