Overview

When an astronaut’s doomed space capsule is detonated in orbit after a mysterious re-establishment of radio contact, scientists learn he may have been infected by an alien lifeform. Meanwhile, on a California beach, teenage science student Paul Lawrence and his girlfriend Marta stumble upon a severed human arm clad in an astronaut’s uniform.
