Overview

At a secluded bayside estate, Countess Federica Donati is murdered by her husband, who attempts to disguise the crime as a suicide. Before long, he too is killed by an unknown assailant. As authorities investigate the apparent suicide, several new faces descend upon the property, each with their own motives tied to the lucrative bay. Among them are an architect seeking a signature for ownership transfer, the countess's daughter and her family, and a group of carefree friends who stumble into the ominous scene. With greed and suspicion simmering, the stage is set for a tangled web of violence and ulterior motives, as the bay becomes the backdrop for a relentless struggle over inheritance.
