Overview

Picking up directly after its predecessor, this third comedic foray into Tromaville’s nuclear chaos finds Roger Smith celebrating the birth of his twin sons—only for tragedy to strike when one, Dick, is abducted from the hospital and shaped by his kidnappers into a force for evil. Meanwhile, his brother Adlai is raised by Roger to embrace kindness and peace. Years later, the twins’ paths cross again as the nefarious Dr. Slag, Ph.D., manipulates Dick into framing Adlai for a crime, aiming to pit the townsfolk against him and further his own toxic ambitions.
