Overview

Set against the brooding backdrop of 19th century Austria, The Slaughter of the Vampires introduces viewers to Marquis Wolfgang and his bride Louise as they settle into their newly acquired castle. Their celebration takes a sinister turn when Louise, after enchanting guests with her piano composition, is overcome by an unexplainable sensation and retreats to her quarters. There, she is visited by a mysterious figure she glimpsed at the party—a vampire—who begins to exert a dark influence over her. As Louise’s health rapidly declines, Wolfgang enlists the help of Dr. Nietzsche, but the couple’s troubles are only beginning.
