Overview

Jorge's life is defined by sacrifice: for seven years, he's nursed his ailing father after a stroke, juggling janitorial work with part-time business studies. His hopes are rekindled when Natalia, his childhood sweetheart, returns from abroad, but Jorge's efforts to improve his situation are stymied by a job market that only sees him as a janitor. Meanwhile, his opportunistic brother Antonio is about to be released from prison, introducing new complications just as Jorge seeks a way out. Set in contemporary Spain, the film explores the weight of family duty, unrequited love, and the yearning for a better life, blending moments of humor with heartfelt drama.
