Overview

A decade after the events of Werewolf in a Women's Prison, the notorious Campuna State Prison faces a new era of terror under the vampiric rule of warden Drago—better known as Count Dracula. When Liz, a young American, journeys to this grim institution in a remote country to collect her late sister's remains, she quickly discovers that death is hardly the end behind these bars.
