Overview

Dana's hopes of passing Biology hinge on an extra credit trip into the heart of the Great Dismal Swamp, accompanied by a handful of classmates. The group expects an encounter with the local wildlife—ravenous bears, snakes, and gators—but the real predator is much closer than they think. Unbeknownst to them, a cannibal lurks in a decrepit cabin near their campsite, watching and waiting for his next meal. This backwoods slasher blends the dread of isolation with the visceral terror of being hunted, pitting academic desperation against primal survival in a world where the top of the food chain is all too human.
