Michael Evans (William Bumiller), whose wife Catherine Avery Evans (Shari Shattuck) has recently killed herself, is the owner of a high-tech health club. Catherine possesses the club's computer control systems and begins using the club's exercise machines, dumbbells, and other equipment to murder the club's members. Michael's health club is beseiged with a series of terrible murders involving killer saunas and other grisly devices.
