Adolf Hitler, born in 1889, is infamously known for his role as a political leader, but he also ventured into acting. He appears in The Extraordinary Seaman (1969), The Black Gestapo (1975), and The Red Nights of the Gestapo (1977), where his performances contribute to the complex narrative of exploitation cinema. His involvement in these films reflects a dark chapter in cinematic history, intertwining the realms of propaganda and cult film, as seen in works like Faces of Death (1978) and Death Ship (1980), which explore themes of violence and morality.
Death Ship
Survivors of a tragic shipping collision are rescued by a mysterious black ship which appears out of the fog. Little do they realise that the ship is actually a Nazi torture ship which has sailed the seas for years, luring unsuspecting sailors aboard and killing them off one by one.
