On an island somewhere in the Caribbean, a demented professor is experimenting with mankind. His desire is to create a new race of "supermen." Two luscious lovelies, Diana and Regina, discover his secret from clues contained in a musical score. Intrigued, they travel to the island masquerading as night club performers and they believe the melody in the score will provide the key to the mystery. Before long, two men are found dead and both are wearing remarkable tings engraved with strange symbols. Diana and Regina are able to put their clues together and spring into action to uncover the hidden "elixir" for creating supermen.
