On an island somewhere in the Caribbean, a demented professor is experimenting with mankind. His desire is to create a new race of "supermen." Two luscious lovelies, Diana and Regina, discover his secret from clues contained in a musical score. Intrigued, they travel to the island masquerading as night club performers and they believe the melody in the score will provide the key to the mystery. Before long, two men are found dead and both are wearing remarkable tings engraved with strange symbols. Diana and Regina are able to put their clues together and spring into action to uncover the hidden "elixir" for creating supermen. However, they find out the hard way that their troubles are just beginning! The Red Lips - Diana (Janine Reynaud) and Regina (Rosanna Yanni) as the sexy detective duo. Go undercover like a nightclub striptease to solve The Case of a Mad Scientist is useless. A single clue found in a lyric to the song leads the ladies to an island where the scientist is in hiding working on a formula to clone a super human, using naked women as his subjects. As soon as they hit the stage, the girls find themselves with their stiff patties, satanists, and sadistic sadists, all following a secret formula for human clones!
