Three inmates at a women's prison are offered early parole is they will be subjects in a study about aggression and antisocial behavior at a college in Kansas City. Carrie, Mitzie, and Chicago accept the offer, unaware that the study is a scam. Dr. Blalock, the man in charge, is taking illegal money from a government contact to test an experimental drug on the women. In fact, the drug causes the aggressive behavior that the doctor is supposedly studying, and before long the three women are seriously out of control. When Carrie realizes what is going on, she turns to Blalock's son to help her and the others.
