Carla (Linda Blair) is devastated when her friend is kidnapped by a Mexican cartel. After going to her father, a U.S. Senator, she gets her friends, and arms, to cross the border for a rescue mission.  Young people become a crack team of elite commandos and head for Central America to save the life of a kidnapped American ambassador’s daughter who happens to be a friend of theirs. Lawrence David Foldes also directed another rape/revenge film, called "Young Warriors".
