Navya La Shay, a SAG member since 1979, brings her unique flair to the cult classic Basket Case 2 (1990), where she navigates the twisted narrative of familial bonds and grotesque secrets. Before her acting career, she honed her skills as a makeup artist, which complements her deep understanding of the visual storytelling in exploitation cinema. Trained at the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute, La Shay's diverse background in aesthetics and holistic health adds an intriguing layer to her performances, making her a compelling presence in the genre.
