The Night Hustlers

Two vice detectives swap stories about their various seamy arrests. A French novelist listens to said anecdotes so he can get fresh ideas for the latest book he's writing. Meanwhile, the novelist receives a barrage of phone calls from assorted lady friends throughout the course of the evening.
