But the satellite's precious payload is no ordinary military experiment—inside is 'Sentar,' a sentient biological weapon designed for destruction. Despite warnings and orders to destroy the beast remotely, bureaucracy and denial stall decisive action. Meanwhile, the crash site draws unwitting bystanders, and soon the city faces the consequences of this biological menace.
