Overview

When a mysterious urn from a 19th-century church grave is unearthed and delivered to a Roman museum, American art restoration student Sarah Mandy finds herself at the center of supernatural upheaval. Contained within are artifacts of Mater Lachrymarum, the Mother of Tears, the last and most fearsome member of the Three Mothers—ancient witches of immense power.
