Overview

Killer Workout takes you to a Los Angeles fitness club five years after a tragic tanning salon accident left a young model named Valerie severely burned. Now, Valerie’s twin sister Rhonda operates the gym, managing a staff with strict discipline. The club’s routine of aerobics and body sculpting is violently interrupted when a killer armed with a large safety pin begins targeting patrons in the women’s locker room. As Detective Morgan is assigned to the case, suspicion and paranoia ripple through both the staff and clientele.
