Overview

After a freak electrical accident leaves Cronin Mitchell horribly disfigured, he discovers that he has developed extraordinary extrasensory perception. Hospitalized and ostracized due to his injuries, Mitchell is approached by a hideous witch with an unusual proposition: she will restore his appearance if he agrees to use his newfound ESP powers to assist her. Reluctantly accepting, Mitchell finds himself able to help the local police solve crimes, but at the cost of entangling himself in supernatural dealings.
