Overview

Robert Sand, a martial arts master and agent for the D.R.A.G.O.N. agency, is called from vacation to rescue Toki, his girlfriend and the daughter of a top Eastern ambassador, who has been kidnapped. The ransom demand is the secret to a devastating new freeze bomb, but Sand's adversary—known as the Warlock—has more than one villainous enterprise going, dabbling in drug dealing and voodoo ritual murders. Sand's pursuit takes him from Hong Kong to California and Miami, facing an array of deadly foes, treacherous women, and even dangerous animals.
