Overview

Independent Thinking, a popular self-help television show run by Dr. Anthony Berol Blake, promises viewers enlightenment but delivers something far more sinister. With the aid of an alien organism known as The Brain, Blake uses the airwaves to brainwash and control his audience. Standing in the way of his plan for mass mind control is Jim Majelewski, a sharp but trouble-prone high school student whose latest prank has landed him in the program's clutches. As Jim is drawn deeper into Blake's experiments, he begins to experience bizarre hallucinations and uncovers the terrifying reality behind the broadcast. With a blend of mad science, alien menace, and adolescent rebellion, The Brain serves up a twisted take on cult horror and science fiction.
