Overview

In the bustling Eaton Centre of Toronto during the holiday season, Miles Cullen, an unassuming bank teller, stumbles upon a discarded holdup note, tipping him off to an imminent robbery. Instead of alerting the authorities, Miles decides to outsmart the would-be thief by diverting cash from his own window into a lunch box. When the day of the heist arrives, he hands over only a fraction of the bank's takings to the masked robber, keeping the rest hidden. But his clever move doesn't go unnoticed: the criminal, disguised as a mall Santa, quickly realizes he's been duped, setting off a tense and increasingly dangerous contest between the two men. The Silent Partner blends psychological thriller with dark comedy, keeping the tension high as it explores cunning, risk, and survival.
