Overview

Jim Bankley, a Canadian veteran struggling to gain a foothold as a prizefighter in London, finds himself on the fringes of the city's criminal underworld. Introduced by an old army acquaintance, Jim becomes entangled with Rico Francesi, a Sicilian mob leader, and is soon involved with Rico's sister, Bella—a manipulative femme fatale whose ambitions run deep.
