Programmer's Pick

Fear No Evil serves up Catholic guilt with a demonic twist, tossing the Antichrist into gym showers and small-town melodrama. Add archangels in drag and a dash of homoerotic tension, and you’ve got a pulp horror cocktail that’s anything but ordinary.

Overview

A mysterious murder by a priest outside a brooding estate sets off a chain of events in upstate New York. Decades later, Andrew Williams is born under disturbing circumstances and grows up a lonely, academically gifted teenager. Andrew’s father suspects his son is far from ordinary, and as Andrew faces bullying and isolation at school, the shadow of his dark heritage becomes increasingly hard to ignore. The local castle, soon to be demolished, pulls at Andrew with an unnerving force. As supernatural events escalate, Andrew’s true identity—rooted in Lucifer’s legacy—emerges, while unlikely forces, including two archangels disguised in human form, prepare for a battle that could determine the fate of more than just a small town.
