Overview

Set in a devastated near-future where a deadly plague called the living death has decimated civilization, Cyborg follows the desperate efforts of a group of scientists in Atlanta racing to develop a cure. Their hopes rest on Pearl Prophet, a volunteer who undergoes surgical enhancement to become a cyborg courier. Tasked with transporting vital data from New York City, Pearl faces relentless pursuit by Fender Tremolo and his ruthless pirate gang, who want exclusive control over the cure. Amid the lawless wasteland of the former Eastern United States, a battle-hardened mercenary becomes her unlikely protector, as both pirates and survivors fight for the fate of what remains of humanity.
