Overview

On a remote island near Manila, the enigmatic Dr. Tsu commands a private army of martial-arts-trained women who abduct elite athletes for nefarious purposes. Tsu’s medical skills are matched only by her ambition: she can transplant any body part, selling these 'spare parts' to the highest bidder among the world’s wealthiest men. When a jai alai player vanishes, wisecracking insurance investigator Mike Harber is dispatched by Lloyd's of London to look into the case. As he follows the trail, he finds himself ensnared by Dr. Tsu’s seductive and ruthless operatives. The film blends elements of action, science fiction, and exploitation, serving up a cocktail of mad science, danger, and tongue-in-cheek adventure.
