The SassyFlix Take
Proof that in 1966, the agony of love sometimes involved foot fetishes and a truly wild buffet.
Why Cult
Barbara's double life as housewife and high-priced hooker drives a twisted exploration of identity and desire.
From food fetishes to lesbian obsession, the film parades a roster of taboo appetites.
This is pure '60s exploitation, complete with nudity, foot fetishes, and orgiastic set pieces.
William Rotsler writes, directs, and even acts, making this a uniquely personal slice of indie sleaze.
About This Film
A sex schizo, Barbara craves "normal love" but instead makes it with a string of sordid scuzzballs, including a wacko with a truly twisted food fetish. But Barbara's bawdy bubble bursts when she attends an orgy and discovers a surprise guest.... Plus: Love-starved Kitty is The Girl with the Hungry Eyes -- which drives her lesbian lover Tigercat crazy.
So crazy that when Kitty suggests "it's time for a change" and makes it with a man, Tigercat bashes the poor guy's head in. But after Tigercat gets violent at Kitty's girl-on-girl birthday bash, Kitty ends her "vacation from men" by heading straight for the arms of an old boyfriend, forcing "this Tigercat broad" to sharpen her claws and go in for the kill.
