Programmer's Pick

Kaiju fans, take note: Gorgo delivers giant monster spectacle with a distinctly British twist, swapping Tokyo for London and samurai for sailors. Where else can you see Big Ben tremble at the feet of a scaly, maternal menace?

Overview

Joe Ryan and Sam Slade, partners in a salvage business, find themselves embroiled in mystery and danger after a volcanic eruption damages their ship off the Irish coast. Docking at Nara Island for repairs, they meet Sean, a young orphan intrigued by ancient sea legends, and encounter hostility from the local harbormaster. Their curiosity piqued by a drowned diver clutching gold coins and strange underwater sightings, the men soon discover that the island harbors secrets deeper than mere treasure. When their investigation leads to the presence of a massive creature beneath the waves, the stage is set for a clash between human greed and something far older—and more formidable—lurking in the depths.
