Why Cult

Gimmick Ghost Goggles

The only way to see the ghosts is with a pair of special goggles—an on-screen trick and an in-theater gimmick.

Eclectic Ghost Menagerie

The mansion doesn’t host your average specter—think wailing ladies, executioners, a lion, and a murderous chef eternally at work.

Castle-Style Séance Antics

Seances, Ouija boards, and a housekeeper with a hidden agenda add layers of supernatural flair.

Hidden Fortune Hunt

A treasure hunt plotline keeps the stakes high as the family races to find Dr. Zorba's money before someone—or something—else does.
