Overview

Cody (John Cassavetes) leads the Skulls, a rebellious motorcycle gang hungry for freedom, inspired by legends of outlaws living on their own terms. After freeing a friend from jail, the Skulls hit the open road, leaving chaos in their wake—from roughing up a store owner to dismantling an unsuspecting couple's RV. Their journey brings them to Brookville, a small town in the middle of a community celebration, where their presence shocks the locals and forces the sheriff into uneasy negotiations. Tensions brew as the bikers camp nearby, with the town and the gang each waiting to see who will cross the line first. It's a collision between freewheeling outsiders and small-town order, set against the backdrop of America's biker subculture.
