Overview

Set deep in the jungle during World War II, War Victims thrusts a group of women into the harsh confines of a Japanese prisoner-of-war camp. Subjected to relentless beatings, torture, humiliation, and deprivation, the prisoners endure the cruelty of guards who revel in their power. Meanwhile, the camp’s commander is conflicted, disagreeing with the treatment of the prisoners but unable to defy orders from above. As the violence escalates and hope dwindles, the women begin to plot a desperate escape. This is an unflinching women-in-prison exploitation tale, where survival is anything but guaranteed and the atmosphere is fraught with both physical and psychological peril.
