Overview

Set amid the chaos of World War II, Paratroop Command centers on Charlie, an American paratrooper whose attempt at ambush is misread as cowardice by his fellow soldier Ace. After Charlie accidentally kills Cowboy, a friend disguised as the enemy, mistrust and resentment fester within the squad, especially from Ace, who was Cowboy's closest friend. As the unit moves through Sicily and Salerno, personal animosities threaten to be as deadly as the battles they face. The film explores the strains of combat, mistaken intentions, and fractured loyalties, creating a tense atmosphere where every decision can be a matter of life or death.
